Steps
to
your
installation
- After
we
receive
your
order
our
installation
group
will
call
you
to schedule
a
time
that
is
convenient
for
your
installation.
We
do
installations
on
Sunday
through
Friday.
It
will
take
about
2-3
hours
to
complete
the
installation.
- Installer
will
confirm
that
you
qualify
for
service
and
will
consult
with
you
where
the
connection
would
be
placed
on
your
building ..
- Run a Cat-5 cable from the Pole
and
connect
it
to
the
Ethernet
port
on
your
computer.
- Install
Internet
software
on
your
computer
and
provide
short
demonstration.
Since
we
need
to
remain
profitable
in
order
to
continue
servicing
ourvalued
customers,
please
do
not
ask
for
payment
extension.
FAILURE
TO
PAY
ON
TIME
WILL
RESULT
IN
SUSPENSION
OF
SERVICE.
